This Caramel Healthy Smoothie lets you enjoy the rich and creamy tastes of caramel without feeling bad about it. This smoothie, which is made with healthy foods, is a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth while still following your health goals. Its vegan, doesnt have dairy, and tastes so good
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons natural almond butter
- 1 tablespoon date syrup or date paste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
- Ice cubes optional
- Chopped nuts and a drizzle of caramel sauce for garnish optional
Instructions:
Put the ripe banana in a blender after peeling it
Pure almond milk, natural almond butter, date syrup or date paste, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt should all be put into the blender
You can also add a few ice cubes at this point if you want it to be colder and creamier
Mix everything together until its smooth and creamy
You can change the consistency by adding more water or almond milk if needed
