Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1/2 pound sushi-grade fish e

- , tuna, salmon, or yellowtail
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Soy sauce, for serving
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
Instructions:
Use cold water to rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear
Follow the directions on the package to cook the rice
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar and salt are gone
Mix this well with the cooked rice after you pour it over it
On a bamboo sushi mat, put a piece of nori
Cover the nori with a thin layer of rice, leaving a little space at the top
Put the fish, cucumber, and avocado of your choice along the bottom edge of the rice
Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and gently press the edge to seal it
With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into small pieces that are easy to eat
Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi should be served with it
