Ingredients:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon bits
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash and dry the iceberg lettuce head
Cut the lettuce head into 4 wedges, removing the core
Place each wedge on a serving plate
Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over each wedge
Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese, bacon bits, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve immediately and enjoy
