Delicious Vanilla Cupcakes

A lot of people love these vanilla cupcakes. Theyre soft and moist, and theyre great for any event. If you follow this simple recipe, you can make tasty cupcakes at home.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup whole milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt

Set aside

In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Stir in vanilla extract

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients

Mix until just combined

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely

Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting and decorate as desired
