Dalgona Coffee is a well-known whipped coffee drink that comes from South Korea. You can enjoy this tasty and creamy coffee treat at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Milk as needed
- Ice cubes optional
- Cocoa powder for garnish, optional
Instructions:
Put instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a bowl and mix them together
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to whip the mixture until it gets thick and foamy
If you want, put milk and ice cubes in a glass
Put some of the whipped coffee on top of the milk
You can decorate with cocoa powder if you want to
