- 1/2 cup rice vinegar

Instructions:
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions
In a small saucepan, heat rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved
Fold the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat, spread a thin layer of rice over it
Arrange sushi fillings on top of the rice
