Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper
Form mixture into 4 patties
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached
During the last few minutes of cooking, place bacon slices on the grill to heat through
Toast hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned
Assemble burgers by placing lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked burger patty
Top each patty with a slice of crisp bacon
Spread additional ranch dressing on the top bun if desired, then cover the burger with the top bun
Serve hot and enjoy
