Banana Bread Overnight Oats are a healthy and convenient breakfast option that tastes just like banana bread. These oats are packed with fiber, protein, and natural sweetness from ripe bananas. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1/2 cup milk any type
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chopped nuts or sliced banana for garnish optional

Instructions:

In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, mashed banana, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed
