Bubble and Sweet Halloween Cookies

Get into the Halloween spirit with these adorable and delicious cookies from Bubble and Sweet. These colorful treats are perfect for parties and spooky celebrations

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange and black food coloring
  • Edible candy eyes
  • Halloween-themed cookie cutters

Instructions:

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk

In a different bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until they are fluffy and light

Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms

Separate the dough into two pieces

Add orange food coloring to one half and black food coloring to the other half

Knead the dough until the colors are well mixed

Put each color of dough in its own piece of plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

On a floured surface, roll out the colored doughs until they are about 1/4 inch thick

Slice the cookies into Halloween-themed shapes and put them on a baking sheet

For 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

As soon as you take the cookies out of the oven, put edible candy eyes on them

For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely

Torta Salata Bietola e Brie

Una deliziosa torta salata con bietole e brie, perfetta per un pranzo leggero o un buffet.

Ingredients:

  • 300g bietole
  • 200g brie
  • 1 cipolla
  • 3 uova
  • 200ml panna
  • 100g parmigiano grattugiato
  • 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia
  • Sale e pepe q
  • b

Instructions:

Pre-riscalda il forno a 180C

Taglia le bietole a strisce sottili e la cipolla a fette

In una padella, soffriggi la cipolla con un po di olio doliva fino a doratura

Aggiungi le bietole e cuoci fino a quando sono appassite

Aggiusta di sale e pepe

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con la panna e il parmigiano grattugiato

Aggiungi le bietole e mescola bene

Stendi la pasta sfoglia in una teglia da torta, bucherellala con una forchetta e versa il composto di bietole

Taglia il brie a fette e distribuiscilo sulla superficie della torta

Inforna per circa 30-35 minuti o fino a quando la superficie dorata e la torta cotta

Lascia raffreddare leggermente prima di servire

These Keto Cheese Crisps are a tasty and crunchy snack that will satisfy your cravings without adding extra carbs to your diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet

Shred cheddar cheese, grate parmesan cheese, mix garlic powder and paprika together in a bowl

Place tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each scoop

Make each scoop a little flatter with the back of a spoon

Heat the oven and put it in

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy

Take the crisps out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Then, put it in a container that wont let air in and store it for up to a week

Cheesy Polish & Pepper Pasta

This one-pot pasta dish combines the rich flavors of Polish sausage with the sweetness of bell peppers and the creaminess of cheddar cheese. Its a quick and easy meal thats perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Polish sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

In a large pot, saut Polish sausage slices until browned

Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant

Stir in diced bell pepper

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer

Add penne pasta and cook until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally

Once pasta is cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving

Porchetta Sandwich

This sandwich makes your mouth water with the rich flavors of Italian porchetta. Aromatic herbs and spices are used to season pork belly and shoulder that is slowly roasted. The meat is then put on a toasted ciabatta roll with provolone cheese, arugula, red onion, and Dijon mustard.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork belly
  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • Arugula
  • Sliced provolone cheese
  • Sliced red onion
  • Dijon mustard

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven up to 325F 160C

To make a marinade, crush the fennel seeds in a mortar and pestle

Then, add the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, black pepper, salt, and olive oil

On the fat side of the pork belly and shoulder, cut grooves

Then, rub the marinade all over the meat

Put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight to marinate

Place the pork that has been marinated on a roasting rack

Roast in an oven that has been preheated for two to three hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 71F 160C

After taking the pork out of the oven, let it rest for 15

Cut it up thinly

There are two ciabatta rolls

Cut them in half and toast them in the oven until they are just barely crispy

Place a layer of sliced porchetta on the bottom half of the ciabatta roll to make your sandwich

Put provolone cheese on top and broil it until it melts

Take some arugula, red onion slices, and Dijon mustard and put them on top

Put the other half of the ciabatta roll on top, and then serve your tasty Porchetta Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 cup brandy optional

Instructions:

In a large saucepan, combine red wine, orange slices, honey, cinnamon sticks, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice

Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to simmer, then reduce heat to low

Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally

If using brandy, stir it in just before serving
